DCT offers graduates the opportunity to obtain employment with leading hospitality companies all over the world. The Career Center helps students to match their interests with job openings and assists them with the application process.

The goal of the Career Center is to place students in that first (or next) important career step as a Trainee, Management Trainee, Assistant Manager or higher level position. Every effort is made to match these placements to each student’s career aspirations.

To achieve this the Career Center is in ongoing contact with international hotel companies, as well as with other hospitality organizations and tourism operators. DCT continues to hear daily from graduates and a selection of their success stories is posted on our Success Stories page.
